Our mission at Pilgrim Towers is to provide affordable, independent living for the low-income elderly. In doing so, we create a sense of community among our residents through a nurturing and active environment. By implementing a variety of socialization programs, Pilgrim Towers enhances its residents' quality of life. Residents have the ability to live independently within a larger community.
As a faith-based community, Pilgrim Towers is connected to a network of caring individuals and houses of worship that focus on quality care for the community. We are dedicated to creating a comfortable, caring, and enjoyable atmosphere. Our Board of Directors are committed to bettering the lives of Pilgrim Towers' residents through monthly meetings, and organization of volunteer efforts. Board members come from a variety of backgrounds and each offers different experiences and knowledge that benefit the Pilgrim Towers community. The independent Board of Directors is the final management voice in all operating and financial decisions. Members are selected for their unique management skills and a personal interest in continuing the original commitment to quality, affordable, senior housing.
Pilgrim Towers enhances our residents' independence by providing them with many services and programs within the comfort of their homes and the building’s common areas. Neighbors are friendly, staff is accommodating, and the building is truly home.
Pilgrim Towers celebrates over 30 years of commitment to delivering excellence in a senior housing option. Since its beginning, its goals have remined the same:

Services & Programs
Pilgrim Towers’ Resident Services Coordinator, a highly qualified social worker, utilizes years of education to formulate programs that promote socialization and enhance the residents' quality of life. These programs create a sense of community among residents and allow various roles of involvement in planning of the events.
Our lounge is equipped with a state of the art kitchen, and sitting area. This community lounge provides Pilgrim Towers with an ideal space to host and organize weekly events.
Pilgrim Towers also hosts informative educational seminars to inform and advise residents on important aspects of their lives such as healthcare, grants, estate planning, travel tips, and other relevant topics so that they are well informed to obtain maximum enjoyment from this chapter of their lives.

Pilgrim Towers' building not only provides residents with 74 comfortable private apartments, but also many community areas and amenities for residents to utilize. We have a relaxing garden area that overlooks the river, with various seating areas, BBQ area, and vegetable garden. Additionally, the building has a mail room and a lobby with seating for guests and residents. The community lounge serves not only as the location for our many events and as a place for residents to socialize and spend time with their fellow residents, but also has many resources to access including computers and printers, a piano, and a kitchen.
Pilgrim Towers is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
On-site parking is available for an additional monthly fee (price is currently $40/month). There is usually sufficient space for those residents who have cars.
Pilgrim Towers construction predates American with Disabilities Act requirements, but features to assist the mobility imparied have been installed. Due to physical limitations of the building, Pilgrim Towers does not comply with all aspects of American with Disabilities Act.
